Ben Kleinman is currently pursuing his MBA at Yale School of Management, taking a break from being a freelance consultant specializing in helping people work together better. The focus of his work is designing workplace communities and tools that communities use to form, evolve, and thrive. All of this increases efficiency and drives innovation while creating a more enjoyable work experience. In the long run, organizations get more production from happier employees for less money.

Ben was formerly the Knowledge Management Lead at Razorfish, the digital strategy and design consultancy, helping the company develop its "know-how" while separating it from "know-about." Previously, Ben worked for J. Walter Thompson in both New York and Chicago.

Ben has a Masters Degree from the John W. Draper Interdisciplinary Masters Program at New York University. His thesis focused on the future of Communities of Practice and how they share agency with technology.
